By using www.myservicepartner.net or the client service portal at fsm.myservicepartner.net, you agree to these terms. MyServicePartner is a product of GNS Technologies.
1. Website information
Information on this website is for general guidance about our services. It is not an offer or a quotation. The scope, specifications, timelines and terms for any project are set only in a written proposal or contract signed by both parties.
2. Client service portal
- Portal accounts are provided to clients and their authorised staff. Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Use the portal only to log, track and review services for your own sites.
- Do not attempt to access other clients' data, disrupt the service, or test its security without our written permission.
- We may suspend access that is misused or when a contract ends.
3. Service levels
Response and resolution times, preventive maintenance visits and warranty terms are defined in your contract or AMC. The portal records and reports on them but does not change them.
4. Intellectual property
The website, the MyServicePartner name and logo, and the portal software belong to GNS Technologies. Reports generated for your sites may be used freely by you for your own business.
5. Liability
We work to keep the website and portal available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website. Liability for services is governed by the relevant contract.
6. Governing law
For UAE clients these terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of the Emirate of Sharjah. For clients in India, the laws of India apply. Where a signed contract states otherwise, the contract prevails.
