This policy explains how MyServicePartner, a product of GNS Technologies ("we", "us"), handles personal data collected through www.myservicepartner.net and our client service portal at fsm.myservicepartner.net. We process personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, for clients and visitors in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. Data we collect
- Enquiry details you send through our contact form or by email, WhatsApp or phone: name, company, email, phone number, region and the details of your requirement.
- Portal and service data for clients: user accounts, site addresses, service calls, technician check-in times and GPS location at the site, job photos, customer signatures and job reports.
- Technical data: basic server and security logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept by our hosting provider to run and protect the website.
2. How we use it
- To reply to enquiries and prepare proposals.
- To deliver, record and report on installation, maintenance and support services.
- To manage contracts, invoicing and our legal and regulatory obligations.
- To keep our website and portal secure.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
3. Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us operate (such as website hosting, database and email providers), with our engineers and subcontractors assigned to your job, and with authorities where the law requires it. These providers may store data outside your country; where they do, we use providers with appropriate security and contractual safeguards.
4. Retention
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Service and contract records are kept for as long as the contract runs and afterwards for the period required by law.
5. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and role-based permissions on the portal, and we limit access to people who need it for their work.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or object to processing. Email info@myservicepartner.net and we will reply within 30 days.
7. Cookies
The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores your selected region (UAE or India) in your browser so the page remembers it. If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated.
8. Changes and contact
